As the co-organizer, IMPACT Lab played a central role in shaping the conference’s conception, engagement strategy, partner ecosystem, and execution.

IMPACT Lab collaborated closely with the Ministry of Health, key provincial health authorities, industry associations, and private healthcare stakeholders to co-define the conference theme, agenda and target outcomes.
